By participating in the Courageous Leadership Course, I acknowledge that my email will be added to Allison Kinnear, LLC's newsletter list. All contact information will remain private and will not be shared with any other parties. If I no longer wish to be a part of those communications, I can unsubscribe at any time.
Participants who remain in the program, will retain access to all videos and materials (excluding recorded group coaching sessions) after the six-week period.
Participants agree to keep all group discussions regarding other participants confidential.
All materials are copyrighted and belong to Allison Kinnear and Allison Kinnear, LLC and are not to be shared with non-participants of the Courageous Leadership Course.
Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business success or general conditions in the participant's life or profession. Other coaching services include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying questions, and making empowering requests.
Coach and participant go into this contract in agreement of completing all components of the Courageous Leadership Course. Should the client want to terminate services before the package is complete, the client will be financially obligated to pay for the services received and will no longer have access to the Confident Leadership Course.
Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The participant can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The participant understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the participant.
